Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years in PEGA testing. Good understanding of PEGA case management and rule-based processing. Experience testing PEGA UI, flows, reports, and integrations. Knowledge of STLC, defect lifecycle, and test documentation. Exposure to PEGA Test Suite (PTS) or automation tools is an advantage. Basic SQL knowledge for backend validation. Experience in Agile or Waterfall projects.

Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, user stories, and PEGA design specifications for life and Annuities product Strong Life and Annuities product knowledge Design and execute test cases and test scenarios for PEGA applications. Perform testing on: Case lifecycle and workflows UI components (Sections, Harness) Business rules (Decision Tables, When rules) Integrations and reports Execute manual testing and support automation execution. Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA. Perform data validation using SQL queries. Support regression testing and UAT cycles. Collaborate closely with developers, BA, and Test Leads. Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.
